Petitioner Ingham Emergency Physicians, P.C., appeals as of right from a probate court order denying petitioner’s request for recoupment of prior disbursements and payment of ad ministrative expenses. We affirm, although we disagree with some of the probate court’s reasoning.

Liliane E. McDivitt died intestate on September 14, 1980. Her heirs were a sister, Leila E. Towner, and a nephew, Calvin F. McDivitt.
