FER CURIAM.

In this wrongful death action, Auto-Owners Insurance Company appeals as of right the trial court’s order that denied Auto-Owners’ motion to intervene. On appeal, Auto-Owners argues that the trial court erred by denying its motion to intervene for purposes of collecting the costs awarded by this Court in a previous appeal. Further, Auto-Owners asserts that the trial court erred by approving a distribution of settlement funds that did not include a distribution to Auto-Owners for the costs awarded in that previous appeal.
