LOWENSTEIN, Presiding Judge.
The defendant Dowell appeals his jury conviction for felony possession of more than five grams of hashish and felony possession of psilocyn, both controlled substances. Section 195.020 RSMo.1978. He received a sentence of two years on - the first conviction and five years on the latter. *877The facts will be set forth as relevant to each of his three points.
