ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION
COLLIER, District Judge.
The United States brought this civil forfeiture action pursuant to Title 21, United States Code, Section 881(7) which provides for the forfeiture of property used to facilitate the commission of a drug-related offense punishable by more than one year in prison. 21 U.S.C. § 881(7). The claimant, Howard Messner, filed an answer contesting the forfeiture on the grounds that the property was not used in a manner proscribed by section 881(7). A trial was held on June 17, 1994.
