The defendant was convicted after trial to a jury of burglary in the second degree, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-102, and rape in the first degree, in violation of General Statutes § 53a-72. His motion to set aside the verdict was denied, and from the judgment rendered on that verdict he has appealed.
