Barbara Fisher, individually and as Executrix of the Estate of Barry Fisher, brings this action against Defendants APP Pharmaceuticals, LLC (“APP”), Baxter Healthcare Corporation (“Baxter”), and Hospira, Inc. (“Hospira” and collectively “Defendants”) for injuries suffered from Barry Fisher’s use of Defendants’ pharmaceutical heparin products.
