MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOYNER, District Judge.
This employment discrimination case is now before the Court for resolution of the Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. For the reasons which follow, the motion is granted.
Factual Background
By this lawsuit, Plaintiff Julia Glanzman alleges that she was terminated from her position as the property manager at the Doylestown Meadows apartment complex in Doylestown, Pennsylvania on October 2, 2001 because of her age.
