INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ complaint, alleging age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, with specific reference to 29 U.S.C. § 623(a). The complaint alleged multiple instances of age discrimination in that one or both Plaintiffs were denied promotion to a specified position.
