The first paragraph of complaint avers in substance that: Appellant owns and operates an interurban line from Kokomo to Indianapolis, over which it operates passenger cars. Two miles south of Kokomo there is a local stop called “Ellis Crossing,” near which appellant had a sign which read “Local Stop.” The track at said crossing was straight for a distance of 200 feet to the north.
