After verdict for the plaintiff in the Superior Court for Kennebec County for the sum of $45.00, this case comes to the Law Court on motion by the plaintiff for a new trial, on the ground that the damages are inadequate.

Smith, a bathroom, with fixtures, toilet, and septic tank, and all piping and connections for running water and sewage.
