Abood, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which granted appellee’s motion to disqualify appellant’s counsel. Appellant sets forth one assignment of error:

“The trial court erred in disqualifying plaintiffs [sic] counsel from representing the plaintiffs when defendant had expressly and with advice of counsel waived any objection and had expressly consented to his former counsels’ [sic] representation of such plaintiffs and when based upon such waiver and consent plaintiffs [sic ] counsel had entered into representation of plaintiffs and had…
