John Yettaw (“Appellant”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Lac-lede County which granted Janell Brown (“Respondent”) a full order of protection against Appellant pursuant to the Adult Abuse Act §§ 455.010-455.085 et seq., RSMo 2000.

Appellant raises one point of trial court error, premised chiefly on the basis that he was not permitted to cross-examine witnesses “in a proper and proficient manner” in a hearing conducted solely by the trial judge.
