STONE, Judge.

In this suit on a promissory note, defendant appeals from a default judgment for $136.13 entered against him on March 1, 1954, which the court refused to vacate on timely motion. To plaintiff’s original petition filed on December 18, 1951, defendant filed a “Motion To Make More Definite And Certain” on January 12, 1952, which was never ruled.
