OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This appeal is taken from a burglary conviction wherein the jury assessed the punishment at 12 years.

Initially, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to sustain the conviction.

The record reflects the Buckeye Liquor Store, located at Walnut Hill Lane and Shady Trail in Dallas, was broken into during the early morning hours of July 25, 1970.
