In this appeal, Appellant, Defendant Below, Paul Stigars (“Stigars”) challenges two rulings made by the Superior Court during the jury trial that concluded with him being convicted of second degree robbery, felony theft, third degree burglary, and criminal impersonation. Stigars was sentenced to consecutive sentences on each count. Stigars contends that the Superior Court erred when it denied his motion to proceed pro se and when it denied his motion to dismiss the charge of felony theft as being a lesser offense included in the charge of robbery.
