HOLLAND, Justice.

The defendant-appellant, Johnny M. Lopez, was found guilty by a Superior Court jury of Trafficking in Cocaine, Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Dwelling for Keeping Controlled Substances, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was sentenced to a total of 18 years incarceration at Level V, to be followed by probation. This is Lopez’ direct appeal. 1
