Northern Associates, Inc. v. Kiley

In August, 1994, Northern Associates, Inc., and Richard Benson (the plaintiffs or, collectively, Northern) entered into an agreement to lease a portion of the third floor of a commercial building located at 342 North Main Street, Andover. In February of 1995, the original owner-lessor conveyed the property to the defendant Frye Village Realty Trust. The defendant trustees, in turn, approached Northern about vacating the premises.
