Huerfano Valley Ditch & Reservoir Co. v. Hinderlider

The controversy set forth in the amended complaint is .nominally between private corporations and individuals, owners of lands and irrigating systems and their decreed appropriations of water, all of which are situate in Pueblo county in water district No. 16, and the headgates of their ditches that divert water from the Huerfano river have their headgates in that county.
