DUNAGAN, Chief Justice.

This suit was brought by Custom Leasing, Inc., against Texas Bank & Trust Company of Dallas for recovery of monies alleged to have been paid by reason of either mutual mistake or through false representation for release of a chattel mortgage. On a jury verdict judgment was entered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff. Defendant Texas Bank appealed the case to this court, and on that appeal the cause was reversed and rendered in favor of the defendant-appellant. Tex.Civ.App., 470 S. W.2d 123.
