¶1 Robert Dawson (Dawson) pleaded guilty to one count of felony possession of methamphetamines and one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after the District Court for the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, denied Dawson’s motions to suppress evidence obtained in a search of his person and a statement Dawson made to law enforcement officers prior to that search.
