Plaintiff, Dana Bowers (“Bowers”) brings this putative class action lawsuit alleging that Defendants Windstream Kentucky East, LLC (“Windstream East”), Windstream Kentucky West, LLC (“Wind-stream West”), and Windstream Communications, Inc.
