This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for class certification, opposition thereto, numerous supplemental memoranda from both parties, and oral argument on the motion. For the reasons set forth below in detail, the Court certifies a number of classes proposed by plaintiffs, but also declines to certify other proposed classes.
