Certiorari upon the relation of the employer and its insurer to review a decision of the Industrial Commission.

Employee, Louis Ginsberg, was 68 years old at the time of the accident on October 30, 1959, and almost 73 at the time of the hearing before the referee for the Industriar Commission in April 1964. He had been employed by Pratt’s Express Company or its predecessor since 1907.
