Certiorari to review a decision of the Industrial Commission awarding compensation to the dependents of a deceased employee.
Deceased, Frank Zappa, had been employed by Charles Manufacturing Company for a number of years. On the afternoon of October 15, 1957, while working on an assembly line as a seatmaker, employee bumped his right hip against a wagon behind the bench on which the furniture on which he was working was located.
