LEVET, District Judge.
Relator is detained by respondent under Section 242(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, 8 U.S.C.A. § 1252 (e), and applicable regulations 8 C.F.R. (1958 Ed.), Section 243.3(a), for the purpose of effecting his departure from the United States pursuant to an order of the Attorney General that he be deported.
Relator was ordered deported on July 25, 1961 following a hearing before a Special Inquiry Officer of the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
