CRAWFORD, Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas at a trial at Bad Kreuznach, Germany, on November 9 and 10, 1993, appellant was convicted of driving *314while intoxicated (DWI), in violation of Article 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 911. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of leaving the scene of an accident, committing an indecent act with a minor, committing an indecent act with another, disorderly conduct, and damaging personal property, in violation of Articles 134 and 109, UCMJ, 10 USC § 934 and 909, respectively.
