This is an action by Ernest W. Taylor and Evelyn Taylor, plaintiffs and appellees, against Paul Rhodes, Augustine J. Rhodes, Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, and The Federal Land Bank, defendants. The defendant, Paul Rhodes, is the only appellant in the action here on appeal.
