—Appellant was convicted of murder in tbe first degree, bis punishment being assessed at a life term in tbe penitentiary. In extenuation of tbe homicide, be introduced evidence to show tbe killing occurred on account of insulting conduct towards bis wife. In this connection it was testified by tbe wife of tbe accused, that while she was a widow, and prior to her marriage with appellant, tbe deceased, W. G.
