Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of St. Lawrence County (Richards, J.), rendered December 15, 2008, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of grand larceny in the third degree.
In satisfaction of a two-count indictment and other pending charges, defendant pleaded guilty to one count of grand larceny in the third degree. The plea bargain included a prison term, waiver of the right to appeal and payment of restitution. At sentencing, County Court imposed the agreed-upon prison sentence and ordered restitution in the amount of $10,519.79. Defendant now appeals,…
