RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.
Petitioner, Teodor TamasMereea, seeks review of an adverse decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) denying his requests for asylum, withholding of deportation, and voluntary departure. For the reasons set forth in the following opinion, we dismiss Mr. Tamas’ request for voluntary departure, deny the remainder of his petition for review, and affirm the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals.
