CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.

Nabil Dandan petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA’s) rejection of his asylum request and denial of his motions to reconsider and reopen. The BIA’s decision to deny asylum was supported by substantial evidence. The denial of the motion to reconsider was not an abuse of discretion because there was no due process violation in the delay in instituting removal proceedings against Dan-dan.
