FERREN, Associate Judge:
Petitioner, John F. Downs, appeals the Police and Firefighters Retirement and Relief Board’s determination that he is not eligible for benefits under the Police and Firefighters Retirement and Disability Act as a disabled surviving son of a deceased Secret Service Agent. Originally a qualifying recipient whose benefits were properly terminated upon his marriage, Downs petitioned the Board to restore his benefits after his divorce.
