The issue presented on this appeal is one of first impression: Does annulment of a widow’s second marriage revive her right to an annuity under Section 5(b) 1 of the Railroad Retirement Act? The *569•cases 2 are divided in answering the question under a similar provision3 of the ■Social Security Act, but no court has ■been confronted with the question under the Railroad Retirement Act. The answer turns on the interpretation of the .statutory term “remarriage.”
