I. INTRODUCTION

Before the court are two motions filed by Defendant Smith & Nephew, Inc. (“Smith & Nephew”): (1) a motion for summary judgment; and (2) a motion to strike Plaintiffs’ expert disclosure and to exclude the expert opinion testimony. (Doc. Nos.37-38.)
