The action was for damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by plaintiff in a collision between a Plymouth automobile which he was driving and a tractor truck driven by an employee of defendant. The accident occurred on April 17, 1934 at about one o’clock P. M. on the Camden Gratis Pike. Plaintiff was moving eastwardly and defendant’s truck was moving in a westwardly direction.
