Loren Francis Bellrichard appeals from his conviction of 17 counts of mailing threatening communications in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 876 (1988). Bellrichard was convicted of mailing threatening communications to the Assistant United States Attorney who prosecuted him in an earlier case and the district court judge who tried the earlier case.
