Defendant was convicted by a jury of receiving and concealing state-owned stolen property valued at over $100, MCL 750.535; MSA 28.803. He was sentenced to pay a fine of $1,000 and ordered to pay costs of $1,276.83. Later the trial court entered an order setting aside defendant’s conviction and granting his motion to quash. The prosecutor and the Attorney General, as intervenor, appeal by leave granted. We reverse and reinstate the conviction.
