In this action for declaratory judgment and other relief, pursuant, in part, to Michigan’s Environmental Response Act (mera), MCL 299.601 et seq.; MSA 13.32(1) et seq., plaintiff appeals as of right the grant of summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116 (C)(4) (lack of subject matter jurisdiction), MCR 2.116 (C)(5) (lack of standing), and MCR 2.116 (C)(8) (failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted). We affirm.
