This case comes before this Court after summary judgment was granted by the trial court. Issues of standing in court and estoppel are presented.
The focus of this controversy is a cable television franchise in Boise. Some time in 1965, the two existing television stations in Boise, KBOI and KTVB (plaintiffs and appellants herein) began their efforts to secure a cable television franchise for themselves in Boise and several surrounding communities.
