The National Labor Relations Board determined that Marine Welding and Repair Works, Inc., Williamson Engine and Supply, Inc., Greenville Manufacturing and Marine Works, Inc. and Green-ville Propellor Works, Inc. (collectively petitioner or company), as a single employer under the Act, had committed multiple and extensive violations of §§ 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (3) of the National Labor Relations Act. 174 N.L.R.B.
