LENROOT, Associate Judge.

This is an appeal from a decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming a decision of the Examiner of Interferences awarding to ap-pellee priority of invention of the subject matter defined in the counts in issue, seven in number.

The general nature of the subject matter of the involved invention is described in the decision of the Examiner of Interferences as follows: “The involved invention is mainly characterized by the treatment of nitrocellulose base powder in grain form in suspension in water with- nitroglycerine or other materials…
