BALDWIN, Judge.

This appeal is from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals1 affirming the examiner’s rejection of claims 16-20, the only remaining claims in appellant’s application.2 The board affirmed the rejection of certain of those claims on several grounds: (1) claims 16-20, as based on an insufficient disclosure, under 35 U.S.C. § 112; (2) claims 16-20, as unduly broad and indefinite, under 35 U.S.C. § 112; (3) claims 16-20, as obvious in view of Van der Pyl,3 Nestor,4 Kistler et al.,5 and Voegeli-Jag-gi,6 under 35 U.S.C. § 103; and claims 17, 19 and 20, as drawn to new…
