In an action pursuant to Debtor and Creditor Law article 10 to set aside certain transfers as fraudulent, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Cusick, J.), entered December 1, 1995, which granted the defendants’ motion to dismiss the *461complaint on the ground that it was barred by the Statute of Limitations.
Ordered that the order is reversed, with costs, the motion is denied, and the complaint is reinstated.
