*1137In an action, inter alia, to foreclose a mortgage, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Nelson, J.), entered September 30, 2005, which granted the motion of the defendant Elizabeth Galati for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against her in her individual capacity.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
