POLITZ, Chief Judge:

Ray Dell Devoll appeals his convictions by a jury of 15 counts of a 17-count indictment, including conspiracy, bank fraud, false statements to a federally insured financial institution, mail fraud, and violation of Federal Reserve System Orders of Prohibition. De-voll contends that the counts charging violations of 18 U.S.C. § 1014 were defective,- that the jury instructions misled the jury about the elements of that offense, and that the evidence is insufficient to support the convictions for violations of 12 U.S.C. § 1818© and 18 U.S.C. § 2. We find no reversible error…
