MORGAN, District Judge.
The plaintiffs in the above-styled case have brought this action seeking to enjoin the defendants, Southern Airways, Inc., and the Airline Pilots Association, from putting into effect a collective bargaining agreement entered into pursuant to the orders of the Civil Aeronautics Board. The plaintiffs assert in their petition that the orders of the Civil Aeronautics Board were made without their being given their day in court. The plaintiffs also assert, as the basis of their action, that the orders of the Board operated adversely and improperly upon their employment…
