This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to dismiss or in the alternative for summary judgment and defendant’s motion for stay of discovery.
This matter arises out of an undercover investigation by the Postal Inspection Department of the United States Postal Service, which led to the prosecution of plain tiff for mail fraud. At trial, a verdict of acquittal was entered in favor of plaintiff at the close of the government’s evidence.
