This action is one wherein the plaintiff seeks to recover from the defendants in their respective official capacities certain moneys paid as taxes under protest upon property of said plaintiff which it asserts to have been not subject to the taxes imposed and collected. The trial court upheld as legal the imposition of said taxes and from its judgment to that effect the plaintiff prosecutes this appeal.
