Despite his pleas, a special court-martial composed of military judge alone convicted appellant1 of one specification of perjury2 and one specification of obstruction of justice,3 in violation of Articles 131 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. *794§§ 931 and 934, both offenses arising out of appellant’s earlier summary court-martial. The court sentenced appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, reduction to pay grade E-l, and forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for three months.
