Heard on Count Two of the Trustee’s Complaint wherein the Trustee requests: (1) judgment against the Defendant for funds allegedly transferred to Grasso by Formaggio Mfg., Inc., in the amount of $74,506.90 and (2) the subordination of all claims of Ralph Grasso to those of general creditors.
